1. Kısa özet

Renkaroo, özellikle 5 yaş ve altındaki çocuklar için tasarlanmış ücretsiz ve reklamsız bir boyama ve çizim uygulamasıdır. Apple App Store Çocuklar kategorisindeki hedef yaş grubu “5 yaş ve altı”dır.

  • Uygulamada reklam veya sponsorlu içerik bulunmaz.
  • Uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik veya ücretli özellik bulunmaz.
  • Kullanıcı hesabı ya da profil oluşturulmaz.
  • Analiz, reklam, ilişkilendirme veya üçüncü taraf çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanılmaz.

2. Uygulama içinde toplanmayan veriler

Renkaroo uygulaması aşağıdaki verileri geliştiriciye ait bir sunucuya toplamaz, iletmez veya paylaşmaz:

  • ad, doğum tarihi, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya kullanıcı adı;
  • kesin ya da yaklaşık konum;
  • kişi listesi, mesajlar veya takvim bilgileri;
  • kamera veya mikrofon içeriği;
  • reklam kimliği ya da uygulamalar arası izleme tanımlayıcıları;
  • kullanım analizi, davranış profili veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklam verisi;
  • çökme raporu veya uzaktan performans telemetrisi;
  • çizimler, renk tercihleri veya uygulama içi çalışmalar;
  • ödeme ya da satın alma bilgileri.

Renkaroo’da kullanıcı hesabı bulunmadığı için hesap oluşturma veya hesap silme işlemi de bulunmaz.

3. Cihazda yerel olarak saklanan bilgiler

Renkaroo aşağıdaki bilgileri yalnızca kullanıcının cihazındaki uygulamaya özel alanda saklar:

  • boyama ve çizim çalışmaları;
  • ses, titreşim, hareket azaltma ve dil tercihleri;
  • seçilen oyun düzeyi gibi uygulama ayarları.

Oyun düzeyi seçimi, çizimlerin zorluk düzeyini belirleyen yerel bir tercihtir; doğum tarihi veya doğrulanmış yaş bilgisi değildir, bir kullanıcı profiline bağlanmaz ve geliştiriciye ya da bir analiz hizmetine gönderilmez.

Bu bilgiler geliştirici sunucusuna yüklenmez. Android yayın yapılandırmasında uygulama verileri bulut yedeklemesinden ve cihazlar arası aktarımdan hariç tutulmuştur. iOS’ta işletim sisteminin yedekleme ve Fotoğraflar eşzamanlama özellikleri, kullanıcının Apple ayarlarına göre ayrı olarak çalışabilir; bu işlemler Renkaroo’nun geliştirici sunucusuna veri göndermesi değildir. Ebeveyn alanındaki Tüm çalışmaları sil seçeneğiyle çalışmalar kaldırılabilir. Uygulamanın kaldırılması da normal işletim sistemi davranışı kapsamında yerel uygulama verilerini siler. Dışa aktarılmış veya cihaz yedeğinde bulunan kopyalar ilgili sistem veya hizmet üzerinden ayrıca yönetilir.

4. İzinler ve internet erişimi

Renkaroo’nun Android yayın sürümü internet erişimi, konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler veya reklam kimliği izni istemez. Uygulamanın temel boyama ve çizim özellikleri çevrimdışı çalışır.

Geliştirme ve hata ayıklama sürümlerinde Flutter geliştirme araçlarının çalışması için internet izni bulunabilir. Bu izin Google Play’e gönderilen yayın sürümünde yer almaz.

iOS sürümü konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler veya uygulamalar arası izleme izni istemez ve reklam kimliğini (IDFA) kullanmaz. Ebeveyn kapısından sonra yetişkin bir eseri Fotoğraflar’a kaydetmeyi seçerse yalnızca fotoğraf ekleme izni istenir; mevcut fotoğraf arşivi okunmaz. Gizlilik politikası bağlantısı ebeveyn alanından cihazın internet tarayıcısında açılır.

5. Kaydetme, paylaşma, yazdırma ve PDF

Bir eseri cihazın fotoğraf alanına kaydetme, sistem paylaşım sayfasını açma, yazdırma veya PDF olarak dışa aktarma işlemleri kendiliğinden başlamaz. Eserlerim bölümündeki bu seçenekler, ebeveyn kapısı başarıyla geçildikten sonra yetişkinin açık eylemiyle çalışır.

Yetişkin bir eseri başka bir uygulama, kişi, yazıcı veya bulut hizmetiyle paylaşmayı seçerse dosya işletim sisteminin seçilen hizmetine aktarılır. Seçilen üçüncü taraf hizmet, dosyayı kendi gizlilik koşullarına göre işleyebilir. Renkaroo paylaşım hedefini seçmez ve paylaşılan dosyanın bir kopyasını geliştirici sunucusunda tutmaz.

6. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler ve uygulama mağazası

Renkaroo; reklam, analiz, sosyal giriş, ilişkilendirme veya davranışsal izleme SDK’sı içermez. Uygulamada ses oynatma ve cihaz içi depolama gibi temel işlevleri sağlayan yerel yazılım kütüphaneleri bulunur; bunlar Renkaroo adına kişisel veri göndermek amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Apple App Store ve Google Play; uygulamanın indirilmesi, kurulması, mağaza güvenliği ve platform tanılaması kapsamında bazı verileri kendi koşulları, gizlilik politikaları ve kullanıcı ayarları uyarınca işleyebilir. Bu işlemler Renkaroo uygulamasının geliştirici sunucusuna yaptığı bir veri aktarımı değildir.

7. Destek iletişimi

Bir ebeveyn veya yetişkin, uygulama dışındaki e-posta kanalından bizimle iletişime geçerse gönderenin e-posta adresini, mesajını ve gönüllü olarak eklediği bilgileri yalnızca talebi yanıtlamak, sorunu çözmek ve gerekli güvenlik kayıtlarını tutmak için işleriz.

Çocuklardan destek e-postası göndermeleri veya kişisel bilgi paylaşmaları istenmez. Destek yazışmaları yalnızca gerektiği süre boyunca tutulur ve normal koşullarda talebin sonuçlanmasından sonra 12 ayı aşmadan silinir. Yasal bir yükümlülük veya güvenlik gereksinimi daha uzun saklamayı zorunlu kılabilir. Erken silme talebi için iletisim@medyasam.com adresine yazılabilir.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

Renkaroo çocuklara yöneliktir ve veri minimizasyonunu temel ilke olarak uygular. Uygulama çocuktan kişisel bilgi istemez; hesap, sohbet, herkese açık profil, reklam veya uygulama içi satın alma sunmaz. Çocuğun çizimleri geliştirici sunucusuna gönderilmez.

Bir yetişkinin sistem paylaşım özelliğiyle dışarı aktardığı içerikten ve seçtiği hedef hizmetten ilgili yetişkin sorumludur.

9. Saklama, silme ve talepler

Renkaroo sunucusunda uygulama hesabı, çizim veya kullanım geçmişi bulunmadığından geliştirici tarafında silinecek bir uygulama hesabı ya da uzaktan içerik deposu yoktur. Cihazdaki çalışmalar uygulama içinden silinebilir veya uygulama kaldırılarak temizlenebilir.

Gizlilikle ilgili sorular ve yetişkin destek yazışmalarına ilişkin erişim ya da silme talepleri iletisim@medyasam.com adresine gönderilebilir. Talebi yanıtlamak için gerekli olandan fazla kişisel bilgi istenmez.

10. Web sitesi ve harici sayfalar

Bu politika Renkaroo mobil uygulamasının veri uygulamalarını açıklar. Gizlilik politikası sayfasını veya başka bir harici web sitesini ziyaret ettiğinizde ilgili site ve barındırma sağlayıcısı kendi gizlilik koşulları kapsamında teknik günlük, çerez veya benzeri veriler işleyebilir.

11. Politika değişiklikleri

Renkaroo’nun özellikleri veya veri uygulamaları değişirse bu politika, Apple App Store Uygulama Gizliliği ve Google Play Veri Güvenliği beyanları ilgili sürüm yayınlanmadan önce güncellenir. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki son güncelleme tarihi yenilenir.

1. Summary

Renkaroo is a free, ad-free coloring and drawing app designed primarily for children ages 5 and under. Its target age band in the Apple App Store Kids Category is “Ages 5 and under.”

  • The app contains no advertising or sponsored content.
  • There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.
  • No user account or profile is created.
  • No analytics, advertising, attribution, or third-party crash-reporting service is used.
  • Children are not asked for a name, email address, date of birth, exact age, location, or other personal information.
  • Artwork is not sent to a developer-operated server.
  • The Android release build does not request internet access.

2. Data not collected by the app

The Renkaroo app does not collect, transmit, or share the following data with a developer-operated server:

  • names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, or usernames;
  • precise or approximate location;
  • contacts, messages, or calendar information;
  • camera or microphone content;
  • advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking identifiers;
  • usage analytics, behavioral profiles, or personalized advertising data;
  • remote crash reports or performance telemetry;
  • artwork, color choices, or in-app creations;
  • payment or purchase information.

Renkaroo does not provide user accounts, so there is no account creation or account deletion process.

3. Information stored locally on the device

Renkaroo stores the following information only in the app-specific area of the user’s device:

  • coloring and drawing creations;
  • sound, haptic, reduced-motion, and language preferences;
  • app settings such as the selected play level.

The play-level selection is a local preference for the difficulty of drawings. It is not a date of birth or verified age, is not linked to a user profile, and is not sent to the developer or an analytics service.

This information is not uploaded to a developer-operated server. In the Android release configuration, app data is excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. On iOS, operating-system backups and Photos synchronization may operate separately according to the user’s Apple settings; these are not uploads by Renkaroo to a developer-operated server. Artwork can be removed with the Delete all artwork control in the grown-up area. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data as part of the operating system’s normal behavior. Exported or backed-up copies are managed separately through the relevant system or service.

4. Permissions and internet access

The Android release build of Renkaroo does not request permission for internet access, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or advertising identifiers. The core coloring and drawing experience works offline.

Development and debugging builds may contain internet permission so that Flutter development tools can operate. That permission is not included in the release build submitted to Google Play.

The iOS app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or cross-app tracking permission and does not use IDFA. If an adult chooses to save an artwork to Photos after completing the parental gate, the app requests add-only Photos permission; it does not read the existing photo library. The privacy-policy link opens in the device browser from the grown-up area.

5. Saving, sharing, printing, and PDF export

Saving artwork to the device’s photo area, opening the system share sheet, printing, or exporting a PDF never starts automatically. These options in My Art work only after the parental gate is successfully completed and an adult takes an explicit action.

If an adult chooses to share artwork with another app, person, printer, or cloud service, the operating system transfers the file to the selected service. That third-party service may process the file under its own privacy terms. Renkaroo does not select the destination and does not keep a copy of the shared file on a developer-operated server.

6. Third-party services and the app store

Renkaroo contains no advertising, analytics, social sign-in, attribution, or behavioral-tracking SDK. The app includes local software libraries that provide essential functions such as audio playback and on-device storage; they are not used to send personal data on Renkaroo’s behalf.

Apple App Store and Google Play may process information related to app downloads, installation, store security, and platform diagnostics under their own terms, privacy policies, and user settings. This processing is separate from any data transfer by the Renkaroo app to a developer-operated server.

7. Support communications

If a parent or other adult contacts us through an email channel outside the app, we process the sender’s email address, message, and any information they voluntarily include only to respond to the request, resolve the issue, and maintain necessary security records.

Children are not asked to send support emails or disclose personal information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary and is normally deleted no later than 12 months after the request is resolved. A legal obligation or security requirement may require longer retention. Requests for earlier deletion may be sent to iletisim@medyasam.com.

8. Children’s privacy

Renkaroo is directed to children and applies data minimization by default. The app does not ask children for personal information and provides no account, chat, public profile, advertising, or in-app purchases. Children’s artwork is not sent to a developer-operated server.

The responsible adult controls any content exported using the operating system’s sharing features and chooses the destination service.

9. Retention, deletion, and requests

Because Renkaroo has no server-side app account, artwork store, or usage history, there is no remote app account or content repository for the developer to delete. Artwork on the device can be deleted inside the app or removed by uninstalling the app.

Privacy questions and requests concerning adult support correspondence may be sent to iletisim@medyasam.com. We will not request more personal information than is necessary to respond.

10. Website and external pages

This policy describes the data practices of the Renkaroo mobile app. When you visit the privacy-policy page or another external website, that website and its hosting provider may process technical logs, cookies, or similar information under their own privacy terms.

11. Changes to this policy

If Renkaroo’s features or data practices change, this policy, the Apple App Store App Privacy declaration, and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the relevant release is published. The last-updated date on this page will be revised for material changes.
